  • Any text, product imagery, or resources provided on this website or via our affiliate digital portals are for informational, wellness, and lifestyle purposes only.
  • We explicitly prohibit the purchase of our hardware for any unlawful applications. If we suspect an item is intended for illegal use, we reserve the full right to cancel the transaction.

3. Telehealth & Third-Party Clinic Disclaimer
Our platform may provide navigational links, introductory resources, or affiliate portals to third-party, CQC-registered Telehealth Clinics [from previous turns].
  • Got Dank is an independent curated hardware and lifestyle vendor. We are not a medical clinic, medical practitioners, or prescribers.
  • Any clinical consultations, medical eligibility checks, or prescriptions are handled entirely, independently, and legally by our respective third-party healthcare affiliates. We are not liable or responsible for clinical outcomes, medical assessments, or external clinical services.

4. Payments via Wallid (Open Banking)
All online transactions on our platform are processed securely via Wallid (Pay by Bank) using direct bank-to-bank Open Banking channels [from previous turns].
  • By completing a checkout, you authorize Wallid to connect securely with your UK banking provider to settle the funds.
  • Due to the high-risk and age-restricted nature of our product catalogue, traditional credit card mechanisms or unauthorized third-party processors are disabled to ensure financial compliance.

5. In-Store Pickups & London Store Governance
If you select an "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout for our London store, your order will only be handed over upon presentation of the original order confirmation email and a valid, government-issued photo IDmatching the name on the order.

6. Modifications to Prices and Services
Prices for our botanical accessories, apparel, and hardware are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any part of our service, product listings, or collections without liability.
