Thank you for shopping at Got Dank. We take great pride in our curated lifestyle apparel, botanical wellness products, and premium glassware

Because we supply age-restricted items and hardware, we maintain strict return conditions to comply with UK health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  1. 14- Day return window  Under the UK consumer contracts regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of recieving your items. To be eligible for a returb, your item must be completely unused, unaltered, in the original packaging, and in the same pristine condition that you received it
  2. Strict Hygiene & Legal Exclusions (Glassware & accessories)                              *Used items: we absolutely do not accept returns or offer refunds on any glassware, hardware, vaporizers, grinders, or smoking accessories that have been used, handled, or unsealed. Once an item has come into contact with any botanical materials or legal herbs, it is legally classified as contaminated and cannot be shipped or processed.                                                                                          *Perishables & Wellness: For health and hygiene reasons, all Botanical Wellness products, topicals, and munchies & snacks cannot be returned once their tamper-evident seals are broken.
  3. Damages, Breakages & Defects                                                                                        We carefully inspect and pack all premium glassware and hardware before it leaves our London store.  If your item arrives damaged or broken from transit, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery.                                                            *Please email Hi@gotdank.co.uk with your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the broken item and packaging.                                                      *Once verified, we will issue a priority replacement or full refund
  4.  How to initiate a Return                                                                                                          1. Email our team at Hi@gotdank.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.                                                                                                                                    2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.       3. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will recieve your returned item.
  5. Refunds Processing                                                                                                            Once your return is recieved and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to you original payment method. Please note that open banking or bank-to-bank payments (
    processed via Wallid) may take 3 to 5 business days to clear back into your account, dependings on your banking provider.
