Thank you for choosing Got Dank. We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from our London hub to ensure your premium lifestyle items, botanical wellness supplies, and glassware arrive safely and securely.
1. Mandatory Age Verification upon Delivery (UK Law)
Because our inventory includes age-restricted products and hardware, we strictly comply with UK retail laws.
- All hardware, glassware, and accessories are shipped using a mandatory Age Verified Delivery Service(such as Royal Mail 24/48 Tracked Age Verified).
- The delivery courier will require a signature upon arrival and will request a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) if the recipient looks under 25.
- If a valid ID matching the legal age requirement (18+) cannot be provided at the doorstep, the courier cannot hand over the parcel, and it will be returned to our facility. Original shipping fees for failed age-verification deliveries are non-refundable.

- All online orders are shipped in completely plain, unmarked, and unbranded outer packaging(cardboard boxes or heavy-duty mailing bags).
- There are no mentions of smoking accessories, botanical wellness, or glassware on the outside of the box.
- The return address on the shipping label will display a discreet abbreviated business name ,Uksweetbox ltd ensuring absolute privacy from your doorstep to your sorting office.
3. Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on UK bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Standard Shipping (UK Mainland): 2 to 4 business days.
- Express Shipping (UK Mainland): 1 to 2 business days.

5. Damaged, Broken, or Missing Items
Premium borosilicate glassware and intricate hardware can be fragile. We wrap all fragile inventory securely in thick protective wrapping.
- In the rare event that an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, you must contact our team within 48 hours of delivery at hi@gotdank.co.uk
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping container. Once verified, we will arrange a priority replacement.
