1. All Products offered on our Website are smoking accessories, paraphernalia, and subscription boxes. We do not sell controlled or illegal substances.

3. All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email and will not process your order until resolved.

3. Eligibility

1. We strive for accuracy in Product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur.
2. We reserve the right to update Product information, including price, description, and availability. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Prices include VAT where applicable. Any changes to VAT between order and delivery will be reflected in the final amount unless the Product was fully paid beforehand.
4. Prices exclude delivery charges; refer to the checkout page for delivery costs.

6. Order Acceptance

1. While we aim to accept all orders, we may refuse an order if:
   • You provide incorrect or fraudulent information.
   • There is a Product or pricing error on our Website.
   • Products are out of stock or unavailable.
   • We reasonably believe you intend to resell Products.

9. Passing of Risk and Title

11. Delivery

1. We aim to deliver by the estimated delivery date in the Dispatch Confirmation.
2. Delivery will be completed upon delivery to the address you provided.
3. You are responsible for additional delivery or storage charges if no one is available to receive the Product.
4. International Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes; you are responsible for these.
5. We currently cannot ship to the United States due to import restrictions. We are exploring options to resume U.S. shipping in the future.

2. The Terms in effect at the time of your order will govern that Contract.

13. Liability
