Faulty Goods
If your order arrives faulty, please follow the steps below:
- Complete the Returns Form and submit it within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return the item to us using recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs when sending items back.
If a product is found to be faulty:
- We may repair the item within the first 3 months of purchase, or
- Replace the item, subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit, including original postage where applicable.
There will be no additional postage charges for repaired or replacement items sent back to you.
Important Notes
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above conditions.

You should attach a simple form (page or popup) with the following fields:

- Full Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number (optional but recommended)
- Full Return Address
- Order Number
- Reason for Return (short description / text area)
- Upload Photo(s) of the Item (for faulty or damaged goods)

- Preferred Resolution (Repair / Replacement / Refund)
